A worksheet that keeps up with you.
Add a spot or switch pricing in this sample plan. The total follows the lines, just like a seller’s worksheet.

01BUILD THE AVAIL
Broadcast avails software built around the worksheet.
TV sellers are used to working in rows and weeks, so Kpree’s avails software keeps that shape: each line is a program or daypart with its rate, its spot count for every week of the flight and its audience estimate.
- Weekly spot allocations
Set the number of spots for each line, week by week.
- Editable rates
Start from rate card pricing and adjust a line when the offer calls for it.
- Live totals
Spots, cost and audience add up from the lines, with no separate sum to maintain.
- Saved views
Keep the columns and filters you rely on and come back to them.
- Bulk edits
Change related lines or weeks together instead of cell by cell.
How it works
Totals are calculated from the lines, so changing a rate or moving spots between weeks updates the plan as you go. One avail can cover the programs, dayparts and markets the buyer asked for.

02RATE CARDS
TV rate card software that feeds your avails.
Kept in a spreadsheet, a rate card soon turns into a master file, a few copies and an open question about which one is current. Kpree keeps programs grouped by daypart, with weekly prices and price tiers on the same card.
- Grouped by daypart
Programs sit under the dayparts they are priced and sold in.
- Weekly prices
Set prices week by week.
- Price tiers
Keep pricing tiers on the card, beside the programs they apply to.
- Published versions
Publish a version so sellers quote from the same card.
- Reusable program pricing
Use a program’s price in your avails without entering it again.
How it works
When the card is ready, publish a version. Sellers then carry program pricing straight into their avails instead of looking it up or retyping it.
03INVENTORY
Check what is open before you commit it.
Open spots and capacity from your WideOrbit or Imagine traffic inventory appear beside the plan. Each source shows when its data was last updated, so sellers can judge how current the availability is before they commit.
- Available spots
Review open inventory alongside the lines you are building.
- Source freshness
See how recent the inventory data is before you rely on it.
- Oversell warnings
Get a warning when an allocation goes beyond what your latest inventory data shows as open.
- Schedule impact from Titan
See which spots and proposals a programming change touches.
- Inventory reports
Smart Reports include inventory and schedule-impact templates.
How it works
Oversell warnings flag allocations that go beyond what your latest inventory data shows as open. When programming changes in Titan, Kpree shows the spots and proposals affected, and you work through the impact from the record where it started.

04RATINGS IN THE AVAIL
Audience estimates beside the rates, from the books you license.
Ratings and impressions sit on the same lines as spots and rates. They come from the Nielsen or Comscore books your organization is licensed to use, so the avail draws on the research your team already works with.
How it works
Use station and program rankers, Advanced Ranker and head-to-head comparisons to choose the programs worth pitching. Build planning projections when you need them; each one keeps its source context and assumptions visible, so reviewers can see how it was built.
05PROPOSALS
From avail to proposal without starting over.
When the plan is right, turn the avail into a proposal that carries your company branding and the detail a buyer needs to review it. Proposals are versioned: share a defined version, track the buyer’s response and keep the agreed history with the deal.
- Branded output
Each proposal carries your company identity, not a generic layout.
- Defined versions
It stays clear which version of the offer the buyer reviewed.
- Buyer review
Track responses to each version alongside the deal.
- Connected to the order
Proposal versions, buyer review and the resulting order stay linked.
How it works
For configured trading partners, TIP 6.0.0 workflows can exchange inventory avails, RFPs and proposals. TVB 3.2 interchange is supported separately for configured partner profiles.
Fewer handoffs.
06SPREADSHEET OR WORKSHEET
Spreadsheet vs. connected worksheet: what actually changes.
Spreadsheets are flexible and familiar, and they are fine for sketching an idea. The trouble starts when the avail becomes the deal: rates are copied from an older card, a formula gets overwritten, inventory is checked somewhere else and the proposal is rebuilt by hand.
- Rates
Spreadsheet: copied from a file. Kpree: carried in from the published rate card.
- Totals
Spreadsheet: formulas that can break. Kpree: calculated from the lines.
- Inventory
Spreadsheet: checked in another system. Kpree: reviewed beside the plan, with oversell warnings.
- Proposal
Spreadsheet: rebuilt by hand. Kpree: produced from the avail as a branded, versioned proposal.
How it works
A connected worksheet keeps the grid sellers know but ties it to the published rate card, the traffic inventory picture and the research behind each estimate. It works alongside your WideOrbit or Imagine traffic inventory and does not replace your traffic system.

Which traffic systems can avails draw on?
Avails can use WideOrbit and Imagine traffic inventory, so sellers review open spots from that data without leaving the plan. Kpree does not replace your traffic system. On something else? Let us know which system and we can talk through an integration.
Is the inventory in Kpree real time?
Not guaranteed. Kpree shows inventory from your WideOrbit or Imagine traffic data along with when it was last updated. Treat availability and oversell warnings as a review step before you commit, not as proof that a spot is still open.
Where do the ratings in an avail come from?
From the Nielsen or Comscore data your organization is licensed to use. Projections are planning estimates, and their source context and assumptions stay visible with the number.
Can sellers change rates on an avail?
Yes. Rates on avail lines are editable, starting from rate card pricing. Commercial approval controls can route exceptions to the appropriate reviewer, depending on how your organization sets them up.
Who on the team uses avails and rate cards?
Sellers build avails from the published rate card, sales managers review them, and research and traffic teams work with the audience and inventory data behind them. Roles and station scope decide what each person can see and change.
How is Kpree priced?
Pricing and rollout are set directly with each organization, so there is no public price list. Tell us about your stations and the avail and rate card work you want to move first, through the demo form or support@kpree.com.
