Follow a sample campaign from proposal to delivery, then compare a replacement offer before making a decision.

Branded output. Weekly detail. A saved version for the buyer to review.
01PROPOSALS AND BUYER REVIEW
Broadcast proposal software that starts from the avail.
A proposal is only as reliable as the plan behind it. In Kpree, the seller creates the proposal from the avail they already built, so the weekly spots and rates the buyer sees are the ones in the worksheet when the proposal was created, not a retyped copy.
- Created from the avail
Weekly spots and rates carry into the proposal without being entered again.
- Defined versions
Share a specific version, so everyone knows exactly which offer the buyer is looking at.
- Buyer responses
Record the buyer’s response to each version beside the deal.
How it works
Each proposal carries your company branding and is versioned. Share a defined version, record how the buyer responds and keep the agreed history with the deal instead of in old attachments.
02ORDERS AND REVISIONS
TV order management software for manual and partner orders.
A seller or sales assistant enters some orders; others arrive from a trading partner through a configured workflow. Kpree ties both to the campaign, and to the proposal behind it when there is one.
- Manual orders
Enter the orders your team takes directly and link them to the right campaign.
- Partner orders
Work with orders exchanged through configured partner workflows.
- Revision review
Review each revision on the order it changes.
- Scoped access
Sellers, assistants, coordinators and managers see orders within their role and station scope.
How it works
Flights move and spot counts change. When a revision comes in, the order coordinator reviews it on the order it changes, which stays linked to the campaign.
Fewer handoffs.
03MAKEGOODS AND COMMITMENTS
TV makegood software that keeps open commitments in view.
Preemptions, missed spots and programming changes can leave the station owing an advertiser a makegood. Makegood management in Kpree starts on the campaign: the seller builds a replacement offer, routes it for approval and keeps it with the deal it settles.
- Replacement offers
Build the makegood offer on the campaign that needs it.
- Routed approval
Send the offer to the reviewers your organization sets up.
- Open commitments
See the makegoods and commitments still waiting for resolution.
- Makegood reports
Use the Smart Reports makegoods template with saved filters and schedules.
How it works
When programming changes in Titan, Kpree shows the spots and proposals affected. Until a commitment is resolved it stays visible, so sellers and managers see what is still waiting instead of relying on someone’s inbox.
Makegood offers and approvals are kept in Kpree, alongside your traffic system. Kpree does not automatically write makegoods into traffic or promise when replacement spots will air.

04APPROVALS
Commercial and credit approvals, routed to the right reviewer.
Some decisions should not rest with one person. A rate that departs from the card or an account that needs a credit decision can be routed to the reviewer your organization chooses, with the decision, its owner and any escalation visible on the record.
- Commercial approvals
Route pricing and other commercial exceptions to an appropriate reviewer.
- Credit approvals
Send credit decisions to the people responsible for them before the deal proceeds.
- Visible ownership
Each decision shows who owns it and whether it has been escalated.
How it works
Approval records sit in the audit history with the changes and proposal versions they relate to, so a sales manager reviewing a deal later can see who decided what.

05POST-BUY, BILLING AND RECEIVABLES
Post-buy reconciliation through to the invoice.
After the flight, the questions change: did the spots run, and did the audience match what was sold? Kpree reconciles aired spots and compares sold and delivered audiences, so the post-buy conversation with the buyer starts from the same campaign as the proposal.
- Aired-spot reconciliation
Reconcile the spots that aired for each campaign.
- Sold vs. delivered audiences
Compare the audience that was sold with the audience delivered.
- Delivery reporting
Report delivery outcomes, including through the Smart Reports airings template.
- Billing preparation
Prepare billing and review invoices with the campaign in view.
- Receivables visibility
Bring payment and collections status from QuickBooks Online or Workamajig into the sales picture.
How it works
Billing preparation is part of the same flow. Prepare billing and review invoices with the campaign in view. Where your organization connects QuickBooks Online or Workamajig, payment status appears beside the account, so a seller knows what is still owed before the renewal call.
Post-buy figures review what was sold against what was delivered. They are not a guarantee of airtime or audience delivery.
Fewer handoffs.
06PARTNER WORKFLOWS
Electronic proposals, orders and makegoods through configured partner workflows.
When a trading partner is set up, much of this work can be exchanged electronically instead of by email. Kpree supports TIP 6.0.0 for configured partner workflows, and partner setup defines the exchange, the actions available and the credentials required.
How it works
TVB 3.2 interchange is supported separately for configured partner profiles. It is a different format from TIP, and Kpree handles the two apart.
Only the actions configured for a partner are available. Kpree supports the TIP 6.0.0 workflows listed here, not every TIP operation. Supported workflows do not imply certification by any trading partner.

How are makegoods approved in Kpree?
The seller builds a replacement offer on the campaign and routes it for approval to the reviewers your organization sets up. Open commitments stay visible until they are resolved. With a configured TIP 6.0.0 partner, makegoods can also be exchanged through the partner workflow.
Are proposals versioned?
Yes. A proposal is created from the avail and shared as a defined version. The buyer’s response is tracked for each version, and the agreed history stays with the deal and the order that follows.
Can agency orders come in electronically?
Yes, with a trading partner configured for TIP 6.0.0. Kpree also supports TVB 3.2 interchange, a separate format from TIP, for configured partner profiles; ask us which records your profile covers. Orders can also be entered manually and linked to the campaign.
Does Kpree replace our traffic system?
No. Kpree uses your WideOrbit or Imagine traffic inventory for availability, and your traffic system stays in place. Kpree does not automatically write orders or makegoods into traffic, so scheduling stays in the system you use today. On a different traffic system? Email support@kpree.com to discuss an integration.
Can we report on airings, makegoods and billing?
Yes. Smart Reports includes airings, makegoods, billing, receivables and approvals among its 12 templates. Save filters, export results as CSV, Excel or PDF where supported, and schedule delivery daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly.
How is Kpree priced?
Pricing and rollout are agreed directly with each organization. Tell us which proposal, order or makegood work you want to move first, through the demo form or support@kpree.com.
